    The TIMPB convert to 4 TIM in Sep09. For that reason alone, TIMPB should be higher than it is. I guess the conversion has its exit risks as sellers try to offload TIM. So, without dividend, TIMPB is probably trading where it should be (i.e. slightly below 4 time price of TIM)
