Indeed a scenario worth considering for the medium term. I am so snowed under with work I haven't had the time to do my research on SEA to speak of. But from what I can glean from most posters is that it is mostly the cash pile that is the MC in SEA and the assets may be significantly undervalued.
Not out of the question for a canny US major to sit back and make the aquarium play of little TXN gets swallowed up by SEA and then swallow the both of them up.
That play might come right after the first deal is done , who knows! Why wait 12 months as SEA has an agressive drilling campaign lined up which will drive up the market cap if successful.
