TII have now said that a value of around $50 or $30 million. They suggest you vote in favour. I think TII have got the whole TIM group wrong and seem to keep getting it wrong. There is no assurance that the bondholder trustee will just dump the assets. The big issue is why would the bondholders allow anyone other than the bond trustee to control the assets and why would you entrust Align to continue when they seem to think that even the unitholders should be considered. I want someone working for the bondholders in charge. The other parties get all the upside for our risk.

I have voted 1250 units to the NO.

Seeing the glowing TII reports has made me think I am looking for a better value investing subscription. Any thoughts?
