I know Sanots are JV'd with Caspian currently with not alot success in that patch ....
You'd asume that MHL in their search for a JV have had discussions with Santos in the past but may have pushed the % more in their favour than MHL management cared for ?
The backyard theory stacks up ... Santos may have seen MHL Mngts track record ( or lack of ) and told them to prove themselves as to why they should have a higher % of the Krygck pie ? Perhaps ?
It will all come out soon IMHO ...
