Forgot to add here they put in for an indonesian oil licence back in 08, don't know where thats at. Also back in 09 they were discussing with VPE farming in to PEL 213.
Still I'm keen to get the Kyrgyz oil licence get some work with those oil seeps consisting of the same oil types as that in the Fergana basin.
