For ROS to be a buyer, it needs to have funds and at the moment the debt markets are cactus....do you really think investors/sophisticated investors or institutions are going to come onboard with the world markets so volatile at the moment. They've only got maybe a million left in kitty. they've used there bullets on finding this project and either need to raise funds for the project on original terms $40 million+ or alternatively raise funds to keep going and find an alternative project
