I would have thought that 30 cents was far too dear for the shares , more like 2-3 cents (it has no assets)
Compare to CTP which has a lot of unconfirmed resources as is only 19.5 cents.
Having said that I dont think too many people will get a look in I suspect that those shares will be held by white knights. protecting GA against any takover, he will want to control the company .
