There are significant synergies with SPCA in particular the closeness to the source for juices etc across the rest of the business. I think you will find CCL trys to avoid buying imported raw materials where it can and this is one example. The other sigificance is of course product diversification and the fact the distribution network is one of the best in OZ which aids in getting the product to the masses.

The downside is SPCA has not yielded the returns expected. Have a look at the annual report.

My personal opinon is this is an undervalued stock.
