    Three strike outs.

Seems to be drifting higher due to lack of sellers.
Since the start of the year volume has been steadily picking up, and so has the price. This suggests to me that there are plenty of buyers and sellers, and the buyers are keener to buy than the sellers are keen to sell.

By my calc the company is owned just under 70% by management.
At the time of the 2017 annual report (p. 28) management owned about 34% of the company. Since then director Robinson has increased his holding by another 3 percentage points, taking the % held by management to around 37%. If I've got this wrong, please feel free to set me straight.

Also telling that the almond seller did not take shares but opted for cold hard cash.
I don't know if the seller put their almond business up for sale or if Webster approached them. In any event, the seller wanted cash, Webster was happy to pay cash, transaction happened. Not sure how anyone could read anything 'telling' into that.
