My mate eric baume signalled these ages ago and I have a healthy swag of them bought at 18 cents. Can't understand why you would be selling at this time when the resource is no where near being delineated. All this quick in and out stuff just doesn't work on a small turn over stock like ADU. You buy and you hold....
