So far it has paid very well to invest in that jurisdiction. If I wanted low risk I would have invested in TLS or something like that but my bank account would be considerably lower if I made that investment decision.

With the benifit of hindsight, the previous sell off due to political problems in Mali turned out to be an opportunity to pick up cheaper stock.
