i dont think coming up with the money/CR will not be a problem what the problem will be is what land they can get.You look at PSF/ODY IM has been looking for over a year now.Last time i spoke with mw he said its getting harder to find good projects for the right price.

I do think this may take some time unless matt had a plan B if there was no oil.Im calling 3c for a CR JUNE/JULY for a project.
