With a lack of knowledge my tendency is to be conservative.
The sorts of things you are looking at could provide a valuable insight where a company is actually in the clear but looks marginal.
Isn't this one still a long way away from being marginal though?. If it just had a poor quick ratio and was generating say 20m cash per annum to cover interest it would be a different story. Right now the declining stock price is following the deteriorating liquidity position in my opinion.
