Another way to look at it is bcps interests more closely align with that of shareholders ie turn nido into a cash cow and develop existing assets and run them dry. As a minority shareholder I do not see a problem they need 75% control to force special resolutions at an egm so as long as they have under this threshold I would not be worried. Bcp are here to create value for themselves they can't so a worse job than existing management in this regard can they.
