Cheers hope2,if it had only being one winter,you wouldnt even had heard from me.
With the POO around the $100 mark and an under utilised refinery in the country,China next door,it should be "a walk in the park" obtaining circa $50 net back for the oil per barrel,dont know what their getting for gas locally,but I would have thought theyd be using it for reinjection to aid the oilflow rate.
Have a look at the 2007 report on Chavrak-potential 13 well programe.
