I think the 'robust structure' IS still there, but just consider that up till now, it has been pretty well snowed in. Only now have things sufficiently 'thawed out' to enable machinery etc to be deployed....hence the spud date.

Just hang in there for a little longer and keep the fingers crossed!

My concern is, should they indeed find something significant, do they have the knowledge/ability to get the stuff economically out of the country to a valid market. Let's not forget that the country is landlocked and considerable 'political knowledge' is required to make this all financially viable.
