re: a very brief glance...... To me it looks like AEM shareholders may get shafted here. If/when in six months Destra moves for full ownership.

Destra has effectively bought the Fable Music library for $500,000, no in fact they have been given a 50% controling interest in a company plus options, divested themselves of a currently low margin part of Destra at a time when mp3 may be a little high risk.

It's a abit wait and see at the moment, it may not go ahead just yet.

I'm still a bit perplexed they got payed for the Fable Music library.
