That what scam is, "manipulation". Big players & top criminals pumped up the price & created the "hype", then naive people bought into it after being brainwashed with the word "Decentralized". When the crooks decided the price was peaking ($19,000 in this instance), they started dumping the whole lot, until it crashed. When the price is trading circa $6,000 the smaller crooks (not the big crooks, they already out a while ago & took the cream & cherry with them) pumped up the price again with smaller baits then sold out again until it's currenly trading around $4,000. Soon, much smaller crook with smaller amount of money will pump it up & dump it again towards $2,000.... & so on. That's how manipulation works. Stupid & novice of so called investors are focusing too much on theory & fundamental try to endlessly justify their actions, which often proven to be an expensive lessons against the cruel manipulated market.
