Who knows when the SEC will make their call on the NSE etf and currently they’ve been busy applying cival penalties to fradulaent ICO start-up’s in Airfox and Paragon Coin for their deceptive conduct...so monitoring and enforcing of regulatory rules at least may start to give investors confidence...every man and his dog doing ICO’s....
