I think Aveum will forge ahead over the next few years.
Great management, good portfolio, good development pipe.
+ I think the kicker for this one is that it has such a good reputation in the provision of aged care that I think it will have an edge should some of the larger not
for profit groups want to sell down some of their portfolios.
If only I had some spare cash lying around I would buy more.
