This one has come on my radar after being in a stage 4 decline over the last year or so (for those Stan Weinstein followers). The price has not yet crosed the 30 week moving average however I can see the monthly RSI is starting to point up.
I will wait for the crossover of the 30 week MA before making an entry. Looks like a good winner to come.
