Agreed. I have no doubt that if they raise $2-4M cash at anything equal to or better than 20c this will put a solid platform on the stock to let it rise. All the big runners over the past few years have needed to raise capital, and have then gone on to surge. This is trailing AVL and KRC by almost 100%.

OR...

It catches up to AVL and KRC over the next 2-3 months and then they raise at 30,35,40 cents. Even better. Either way, fundies will cough up coin for this. They know the V space has real legs in it.
