Interesting to see the outrage over AVZ directors fees and rights the last 2 days and quite rightly so.

Exactly the opposite here and something worth touching on, one of the tightest ships you'll see on the ASX in fact.

$77 wages & $287 admin. $364 quarterly burn. Big money directed on value add activities, i.e. a game changing PFS and drilling to possibly double indicated resource (per my calcs earlier this week).

To put this in perspective it's worth doing a sector survey to find which are the most productive teams putting their shareholders first.

Alphabetically for majors, all that I've skipped I'm sure you can check :

    ¤AEE : $166 + $237 = $403
    ¤AVL : $217 + $225 = $442
    ¤KRC : $61 + $389 = $450
    ¤POW : $149 + $199 = $348
    ¤SRN : $0* + $319 = $319*
    ¤TMT : $77 + 287 = $364
    ¤TNG : $371 + $592 = $963
    ¤TNO : $138 + $281 = $419

*SRN Non - executive directors payrise from $144 to 350 p.a plus received 127m shares in the past 3 years.

Most are actually doing a great job here, nowhere to hide for those leaking and a massive pat on the back to the TMT team. As with every metric I put against this company we come out right at the very pointy end.
