Brokers can sell before, knowing that they will receive the shares to cover. The numbers that are placed on the sell side are never 10,000 or 25,000. Thats what we place when we sell or buy. Their numbers are 32,113 etc. They have a Bot that does the selling for them. Also the selling has been in the millions. Looking at the Top 20, there does not seem to many holders with millions.
