Just so you know. Management has not invested any of their own money into buying shares or options in this company. This does not count as skin in the game because they only have upside and no downside. Only owning shares from salary and incentives is normal for small cap miners and most penny caps. So don't take this as a negative, but it isn't anything to get excited about.
