Looking at reasonable valuations going forward as we start ticking boxes such as offtake partners etc I think a good company to look at in that sort of position is Sheffield resources (no I don't hold, only became aware of them as I'll probably be heading to do some work on their site when they start construction) who are looking to develop their mineral sands project in northern WA.
They have a large portion of their products locked in with offtakes partners, well on the way to being wholly financed, and have a number of the necessary permits/approvals in place. Looking at their DFS their capex is reasonably similar to ours yet they produce a lower NPV and IRR. Their current market cap is around $250M. Mineral sands is not a hyped up battery metal commodity so their value is not inflated due to this.
Obviously this is a quick and basic comparison but I thought it was interesting and goes to show our potential from here as we progress and start ticking a few boxes on the way to construction.
