    I have seen cases where undervalued miners have been taken over before PFS..mostly gold ones...but here TMT has vanadium..IMHO the new gold.

    TMT is seeking high purity V2O5 due to specefics of ore, AVL relying on Co credits.
    A DFS is an important step more important to bankers than offtakers.
