The corporate advisor that brought the project into ESR was given close to 4% of the company as facilitation fee.
This advisory group also took control of SPX via a fair-priced placement and kept it tight amongst their own associates.
Cash left is estimated to be around $700-800k at end of this quarter, meaning they'll likely be raising again next quarter. Assuming this group is acting as corporate advisor to ESR, I hope to see the price get a fair bit higher before they do the next raise.
