If the current cash burn as last quarter, then there wont be much left after this quarter. So they will need to find funds. With extracts from the the quarterly here be my thoughts-

"Fosterville Regional Joint Venture (Victoria, Gold Fields Australasia Pty Ltd 77% Pacrim 23% and diluting)
During the June Quarter Gold Fields notified Pacrim of having received a conditional offer for their interest. Pacrim waived a right of first refusal with respect of the offer"

Hmmmm so PRE's 23% could possibly be sold off.

They have two other projects that could be sold or farmed out.
"Grants Creek Gold Project (East Kimberley WA, Pacrim 100%)
Project review has been completed, targets have been outlined and prioritized." and

"Angelo Gold Project (East Kimberley WA, Pacrim 100%)
Project review has been completed, targets have been outlined and prioritised."

Failing that they will need to ask someone for money, be that a JV or CR whatever, some good news will need to proceed it. So Short of striking spectacular grades a kelly next month I'll look the following -

IMO, between Monday and the end of March one or both of the following will occur.

"Golden Terrace South Deposit ? Development
Pacrim continued to advance the proposed Mining Feasibility Study (MFS) at the Golden Terrace South deposit, which is now expected to be completed in early 2011."

"BGMS have also been engaged to complete updated resource estimations for Golden Terrace South and Golden Terrace North incorporating recent drilling. The results from this work are expected in the New Year."

Marry these two up and if, as I suspect, its all good they will have all the good new they'll need.

Then, they can tell me the plan to become a self funded explorer/producer and I'll chip in... again. If I have to that is, because once that news is out JV's and preditors may emerge, particularly if NAV track good grades to PRE's boundry. SBM is another that could move swiftly.

Pre High risk/high reward right now imo and the time is upon us.

    Oscar
