SA1, have you seen the latest Directors Change of Interest notice? Reading your post it would seem you havent.

I went back and checked the detail in the notice and interestingly, the notice is dated 17 Feb 09 for a 1000000 share disposal off market. So what I am now wondering is, does this mean he accepted the Arrow or the BG offer? I am not sure whether Terry screwed up and took the Arrow offer before the BG revised offer came through on the 17th Feb (date of disposal), or whether he accepted the BG proposal on the day it was delivered and PES management then put out the directors recommendation the next day for BG shares.

So if anyone out there knows Terence, can they answer whether he just 'blew a sand shoe' or whether he just 'f#$%ed up'?
