Interesting directors interest change notice. Whats that supposed to mean? '..Arrow, hey look we are serious and we are already transferring all of our stock to BG?..' Why would Terence not wait for the 7 days to fully expire before disposing his direct interest?
Looks like a pretty ominous sign that negotitations are done.
