Settle down all .. Terry sold 1,000,000 shares from 3,600,000 he held in a trust .... and its says off-market and that the value estimated from the average on the day was $8.36. Not a bad price and he STILL HAS 6 million shares! Probably offsetting some losses in the family trust. Hardly a stuff up given the BG offer is $8.00.

Wouldn't we all have liked to have 7 million PES bought at the float or at sub 40 cents!!
