It's you who began to focus on labels to the exclusion of anything else. Maybe you should go back and focus on the argument. For instance how likely is it that hazer will qualify for public money.
Labels are actually useful as part of the generalizations that make communication possible. Without them everything would have to be itemized before some group containing them all could be discussed, for example. But quibbling over them should not replace the argument or discussion.
