Unique broker action on this stock indicates this is one of the few remaining REITS that still has a keen seller aboard.
A distinct possibility someone could start dumping millions, as all the activity above the sell side indicates brokers are keen to push it down for further crosses.
Regardless, I am in for another 37k at 15c. Doubt it will be the low, but I like buying when the buying is easy. And I am expecting a positive resolution to the covenant 'issue'.
