It always seems to be me replying, but I have a strong view on this (strangely!).

Short answer is we're probably getting lower on capital, which in normal circumstances would be an exit signal for me. There are three factors in AZI's favour that have me holding and indeed on the bid for more. Firstly, a very small number of very rare companies actually manage to rise into a capital raising. PGY, for example, and AZI with the last CR because it brought some real firepower on-board the stock, incidently at more than twice the current share price. Bear in mind there's been a lot of hard work since then and no further bad news.. Secondly, Alexander Burns (MD) is acutely aware of the situation facing shareholders and indeed has plenty of his own skin in the game. Finally, with the DFS coming, and likely showing a carefully considered strategy to profitable production, with heaps of upside, I would not expect AZI to raise capital until the market has been given a chance to absorb (and re-rate) AZI accordingly.

As shown in the past, these guys collectively have no problem accessing capital markets. I cant imagine a perth broking house doing a dodgy pump and dump on this one.

Hope this helps. I hate CR's, but not in this situation. I trust them.

    G'luck
