My instincts tell me this is a buy now. I understand the minister of mines Christopher Yaluma, has been re appointed which I think is a good thing. The minister for Lands, Natural resources and Environmental protection is new, Hon Davis Mwango, but I haven't got any juice on him yet and I'm not sure what power he actually has in this matter. I will revert if I find anything....
