Unlike the previous directors, GW holds a lot of sway with the silent majority. IMHO, any reasonable proposal sponsored by GW will win the day. GW need only highlight the poor portfolio performance by George BooBoo, and the very expensive mistake to eject OC.
And who is to say the broker TC who delivered the bloc of winning votes last EGM has not decided to jump ship and switch to a winning horse?
