Appears the US PTA Convention was the trigger to get things moving now. That would make sense given it was National exposure to the PTA organisation. They would have had to have all their ducks in a row. You also cant under estimate the substantial cost saving that an UMP facility has on a company: printing, mailing and registry expense.

I would hope to see some real traction now. Maybe even some content distribution deals as they have alluded to in the past.
