I think that Paddy was referring to the possibility of some sudden action ahead of a bid from IVA prior to the June 9 meeting.
I am not sure that he was suggesting that the share price was being artificially supressed.
IMO the stock is currently grossly undervalued, based on the values of the assets and cash that they hold.
