Jako you bring up a good point regarding the other conditions being met.
It may be that the SP does not appreciate considerably until after there is confirmation that the other conditions have been met. This may be even more the case when it is common knowledge that most are in favour of the sale.
Consequently the outcome of the vote may not lead to a immediate substantial increase in SP.
I still would still not be surprised if we get another offer from IVA.
I'm hoping I'm wrong on this incidentally, but a very similar thing occurred with MEO after the long-awaited FIRB approval was granted for Petrobras.
