i dont understand fully what the current court case is about between bmg/asi but if the court finds in favour of asi...wouldnt that justify cap breaking the contract with bmg due to an illegal practice on behalf of that company's ceo?
above all else, cap need this matter to be resolved so that there is a clear go forward plan to sell to the market.
