The alternative to replacing the directors by shareholders is for ASIC to seek a banning order, which I think is likely but some time away.
You can forget any update that tries to explain what happened with the funding announcement. The Board has already refused to disclose the circumstances to ASX on the basis of self incrimination. Says it all in my view.
