Feel sorry for everybody that lost money, no matter what amount, because of that ann.
It would appear that there was a good reason for the shares going up to the 2 cent mark, just prior to the 11th as well?

I suggested way back when I still had shares, that they had to go, (mngmnt) and of course, copped all sorts of hate and ridicule at the time. One of the worst opponents to this idea, didn't post for 13 months prior to the 11th, made a brief, but trouble making appearance, and has disappeared again. Few other holders in the same category.

Class action should have been on the court lists by now, but the attitude of some of the 'holders, here, suggests it will never happen. Sad really, as anybody who does something like what has happened here, should, I think, be doing gaol time.

I don't know what you can do.
I would ring the ASX in the first instance, to see what is required to call an EGM. I think it is only 5% of the total number of shares, not all companies may necessarily have 100 shareholders.
