I suggested that this should have been done from day one.
Most directors don't do a full days work, otherwise they wouldn't be able to sit on the board of more than one company.
Sure there would be quite a few out there that would put their hand up to spend a few hours a week as a director of PDY. I'd be extremely ashamed of myself, if I was a share holder, and hadn't done something about getting rid of the current board, the day after the events of the 11th.
OBVIOUSLY PDY shareholders are a fairly complacent and lack lustre bunch, that's why mngmnt. continues on, year after year, with NO RESULTS, because they know they can get away with achieving NOTHING, and NOBODY caring or willing to do anything about it.

Still say I could do it, I speak Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Yank, Canadian, Kiwi, Pom, Polish, (and a few other Slavic languages, and of course Strine, and have even picked up a bit of the Islamic language of late. Even know some Jewish sayings.

I'm diligent, honest and hard working, and sure I could flog PDY off to some mug for a good profit on the current share price. All I need to make up the three directors, beside myself, is a 'hot' 25 year old corporate solicitor, and a third person that we don't need to see, hear from or have him do much, besides make the tea. Whoops, change that last one, as TQ would be gone, wouldn't he?
Maybe a 'hot' 20 year old that can use a computer, a calculator and knows that there is a vast difference between $6 and $6 billion. PERFECT TEAM.
