Or to replace the Directors
Or what?

You might want to define the goal of the EGM first
Then you might then get some serious and tangible support
Beyond the "comfort posting"

IMO, you will look just as stupid calling some half-baked EGM and fumbling around without any pre-defined agenda and measurable goals

So what is your plan?
You expect company Directors to keep shareholders fully informed
So if you're planning some board spill
Now it's your turn to keep us fully informed of what you're proposing
