Shareholders now have one key course of action, they can vote against the remunerations report, the directors are not allowed to vote on it, defeating it the 1st time is a wake-up call, if they don't act and shareholders defeat it again the next year, all directors are up for re-election.
Even if you don't succeed, if the majority of small shareholders who attend the meeting, vote against it on a show of hands, the big shareholder will start to take note.
Raise the point of salary's compared to market cap in the Q&A, too many directors doing what exactly? Directors getting big salary's here and having other directorships to, which means they think they are worth more than the PGS salary.
Rattle the cages its the only way to draw attention to the matter and let everyone in attendance know that private shareholders are totally against these issues. This board has been in place for years, yet has not achieved any value for shareholders, all they have done is draw there big salary's year after year.
Go get umm Speccy :)
I live overseas & as I said earlier don't currently own any PGS.
