    I will be voting AGAINST this resolution & hope other small shareholders follow:

    Resolution: 1 Adoption of the Remuneration Report.

    3 Executive Directors take home = $435,000 pa

    of which

    A McClure $270,000 pa (Managing Director)earns for doing what exactly ?

    At today's Market Cap the 3 executive directors take home the equivalent of around 5%+ of MC...
