Great email mate. So going by their logic cer's reduced gearing from 75% to 40% makes no difference in this instance as our NTA of 41c remains the same. Even if in theory we hadn't sold out of the us, we wouldn't have been penalised for having higher gearing.
It seems for me that I'm more worked up now than I was a few days ago. Lucky for me, my trains arriving at the footy so the pies should put me in a good mood by the end of the night!!
