The pressure has always been on the board to get a move on, however things have moved at snails pace and sometimes we have gone backwards. I am starting to think like Adam Smith as my faith in expert managers to run a company for the interest of owners has been very tested with GWR. However I still have a lot of faith that resource is good enough for things to happen regardless.
I believe with you Kiril the Chinese investors are most likely to be instigators of any changes. I am sure they are not passive investors investors and have not invested their money to see nothing happen
I also agree the FAS investment is like a cancer on this stock - I just hope they sell and cut their losses, the sooner the better.
