While I agree the ceo isn’t perfect... little to arrogant he has done a reasonable job cleaning up the balance sheet over the past few years.

Someone without his arrogance and self belief he is the smartest man in the room would be better but achieving that may take time.. he is ok but not amazing

I would be against a change but he does have a large shareholding so his interests are aligned
